Shipping Terms

*FREE shipping is only offered to customers in the Continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any island/country abroad. Shipping to Canada is available. Canadian customers will pay an additional shipping charge, duties, taxes and brokerage fee. Contact us for more information.

Your furniture set will be delivered by a certified freight carrier such as UPS Freight, Roadway or a comparable and reputable service. Freight drivers typically come alone and will not be able to move large pieces of furniture into your home. Please have help ready upon arrival. The freight carrier will coordinate an appointment with you. Although damage is few and far between, it can occur. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging for damage and make detailed notations on the delivery receipt. All orders are insured according to industry standard, and damage claims are filed with the freight company for replacement pieces or reimbursement when the damage is notated at the time of delivery. Suit Your Space needs to be notified as soon as possible if damage is found. We will work hard to get the issue resolved to your satisfaction.

Expect your furnitrue to arrive in 1-6 weeks. Some things take longer than others depending on your location and the items being shipped. We are glad to give you a specific time frame when you contact us regarding your location and desired furniture set. If you are building, remodeling, moving or just need time to prepare for the furniture shipment, we will gladly accommodate your needs.

Chest of Drawers, Nightstands, China Cabinets, Credenzas and such arrive fully assembled. General assembly is required on select items. For example, legs to dining table tops and mirror brackets to dressers.

If you need further clarification of color, fabric or finish please contact us. We are happy to help and want you to be confident in your buying decision.

Payment Terms

Financing options are available with approved credit. Contact us for the most current financing plans.

We offer a convenient layaway plan - its free and everyone is approved! We require a 10% deposit and you'll have 6 months to pay the remaining balance and have your furniture set shipped. Contact us if you'd like to put a furniture set on layaway. Its a great way to hold your furniture set and not let it slip away!

Suit Your Space accepts all major credit cards through our secure shopping cart or over the phone. We gladly accept your personal check, cashier's check or money order. Paypal is also available. Please allow all funds to clear our bank before your furniture set is shipped.

All sales final. Returned and refused items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and original and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging in brand new condition. Return authorization is required in order for returns to be accepted.

Do bedroom sets come with mattress sets? TOP
No. Mattress and Box Springs are sold seperately.

Does this bed come in Cal. King? TOP
Some beds come in Cal. King. Contact us regarding the Collection name and we will check our availibility.

What are the dimensions of Queen, King and Cal. King Beds? TOP

Actual bed frames can differ depending on side posts or curves on a sleigh headboard and footboard, but here is an approximation give or take a few inches:

Queen Beds are 65" Wide and 90" Long

King Beds are 83" Wide and 90" Long

Cal. King Beds are 77" Wide and 94" Long

Do beds come with a frame? TOP

Yes, unless noted. Beds come complete with headboard, footboard, side rails and an underneath support system for maximum sturdiness.

Will I need to assemble my dresser? TOP
No. Dressers, chests, nightstands, armoires...come fully assembled. You will need to attach your mirror brackets to the back of the dresser, but that is fairly easy and takes only a small screw driver. Beds come in several boxes and need to be latched together. Beds are not packaged assembled because they wouldn't fit through your front door if they were! Bed assembly is considered easy as well.

Can I configure a different furniture set? TOP

Yes. Please contact us and we will gladly price any arrangement of furniture groupings you like. For example, if you want a king bed, dresser, no mirror and 2 nightstands, let us know and we'll promptly get you a price. Please note that we usually do not sell a single nightstand, just a headboard, a single dinette chair, a single end table and such.

What do I do if my new furniture set does not match my existing furniture like I thought it would? TOP

Our dear customer, if you are trying to match existing pieces, please buy locally. If you are trying to match white finishes, please buy locally. If you are trying to match Grandma's hutch from the 1930s, please buy locally.

Furniture is not easily or cost effectively shipped all over the country and Suit Your Space will not be responsible for your decor mistakes. Please ask lots of questions and be sure about your purchase. We are very glad to help!
